After a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a typical suburban "starter" tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be demonic, but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Especially when they sleep. Or try to.

Note to self: If I want to make a film that would allow a clueless audience to leave bewildered whether it's a true event or not, leave out all forms of credits, and end it as it is. Although Paranormal Activity is a work of fiction, its presentation made many amongst the audience wonder if it's true, even as the end credits did state it's fictitious. I guess not everyone reads. disappointing show...
but then again maybe as a true blue horror film junkie, my expectations were too high.
the best bits were all in the trailer... sigh...

effect of the "thing" sneaking beneath the blanket was quite scary and realistic leh.

just watched it
my advise is to those who want to watch it - dont bother. waste of money and time.
Total crap. I spend most of the time laughing with my friends in the cinema making fun of the movie.
the whole thing looks abit like a porn movie -
i watch it, my advice: i think got other shows are better.still not a waste of my money.

they shouldnt mention in the credits that its fictional. this thing is more of a mental torture than really horror actually, if u think about the fear which the girl is going through.

My gf is a movie person and when i asked her opinions regarding this film, like 'hey, what do you think of this show.... shall we....?' she answered 'Dont fuckin bother.'.
