This is so unfair to the locals and ppl from other countries!
How can GV offer such promotion!? Are they allow to do so?
Imagine a restaurant stating that if you are "yellow" u get discount!?

you are wrong, i do see a number of PRCs whenever I go watch Chinese movies. I never look down on them that they cannot afford. -

I am ok with these promotions.
Better make sure GV has promotions and discounts for Indian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai, Filipino, US, British, Canadian, Australian and yes even Singaporeans when the respective National Day comes.
