Woah anyone catching that movie that is opening on the June the 11th?

This film sucks a lot. As if the mouth tends to get in the way and having stuff shoved deep into it, be it the chin or even an entire arm socked right into it. Or at least that's one of the images that got is now permanently scarred in my head. With its copious amounts of drool salivating out from mouths, extremely wet slobbering and dribbling from lips, Drag Me to Hell is erm, deliciously frightening yet funny at the same time, thanks to Sam Raimi going back to his horror roots and delivering one thrilling ride with an old school flavour to it. I just watched it, funny like hell haha! I was laughing most of the show!
Not too bad, money well spent IMO.
I like the part when the anvil fell onto the gypsy's head and the eye balls poped out, I laughed until my sides hurt so much haha! -

Should be a dark humour sort of thing. Some previous good movies by Sam Raimi, is the Evil Dead series remember? And the one where the protagonist goes through time to the dark ages and battle the evil dead with his chainsaw, machine guns, and automobile....with the ancient people calling him a wizard...? Sam got a few very good shows he made.

not bad. sound effect was pretty well done though frigtening scenes were all predictable.
was funny at parts meant to be scary as the whole cinema laughed together. like..@ GV JP seats were taken until 4th row from the front.
was quite packed @ 11th june night show, everyone had a good laughed and stuff.
so yup, dark humour.

more like comedy..it's the surround sound rather than the creepy stuff that scares most people...fave scene..i guess it will be when the woman had her nose squirting blood onto the manager and all the manager kept saying was "Did it go inside my mouth?"

Its far from SAW. SAW genre is gore, Drag Me To Hell is suppose to be horror.
I love SAW too, would love to see some decapitations in the next saw, if theres ever. -

Not exactly scary. 'Gross' was more like it.
Some parts were outright hilarious, though. Classic Sam Raimi style.
That anvil-dropping scene was like something outta Wile E Coyote.

caught the show today..
my girl was lamenting on the fact that how could the boyfriend not know that the button was the key to the curse since he was with her at the pyschic place.. even if he did not know, as a bf, shldnt he make an attempt to?
i was like bloody hell, that just spoiled the whole show for me dammit.
