  hey all! i got a question. do i have to wait for my birth day then i can watch NC-16 movies or do i follow by the year?

  Well, actually if u look mature, or older than 16 years old, or the person dosent care, you can watch the movie

  Should depend on cinema bah. I got friend who went to watch RA movie when he would be 21 that year but birthday not over yet.
