  Well?

  I just watched it today. Hmm,its not very bad..the movie was quite intense but the ending leaves us with many questions in our mind like,where the hell did the aliens came from and who are they.

  So..i guess ill rate the movie 7.8/10.

  Its worth a watch. (:

  Tis the season to be jolly, and because of the success of Will Smith's I Am Legend remake last year, I suspect tis the season for Hollywood to look at some of its past science fiction classics and set its gunsights on potential storylines to be redone, or "reimagined" on time for the holiday season, though the structure for this seemed to mirror quite closely to that of the original, save for the message to be preached.

  Reimagined...

  In other words, Hollywood has lost its creative steam and run out of ideas for new and original movie plots.

  the ending definitely sucks.

  they have the plot going very well for the first 1 hr....

  then everything started to go downhill... e.g. who are the aliens? why would they want to struck the earth bare? (botak land can support life meh?)

  i thought it was a crappy movie... cloyingly sentimental, whiny irritating punk kid, 1-dimensional cowardly and clueless powers-that-be, the only masterstroke was to get Keanu Reeves to act in it...

  his part in the movie was perfect for his "man of a thousand faces - every one the same" school of acting... (i still think his best work was in the Bill and Ted movies)

  that being said, whatever happened to Jennifer Connelly?

  compare her to when she was in Rocketeer, she now looks like a stick insect

  I don understand why so many ppl fail to get the msg behind this show.. And ppl saying Keanu Reeves have no emotion or facial expression throughout the whole movie is coz keanu is nt a human to begin wif!!

  He didnt knew abt all these human feeling which is tat y he wanna destroy the human kind. But in the end he sense all these human feeling thus he said, "I found another side of you(human), and decide to give human one laz chance".

  During the conversation wif the old man at the macdonal which is an uncover alien tat been posted to earth already said y they wanna destory the human kind.. Pay attention to tat part and u may noe wat the moive trying to tell us..

  Indeed, in the end Keanu left wifout a word.. But the damage done to the US already show tat if WE(Human) don't change, the whole human population will de wipe out.. How we should change all tat is also said between the old man and keanu and throughout the whole moive..

  Don waste ur $10. Pay 100% attention in this movie.. Its not a action pack movie which sit back and realx type.. Its have a very meaningful msg behind it..  Wat they said abt human is also ver true..
  Human are destructive! This planet don't belong to us.. We are one of the creature living in it.. Its share by evetything!
