I've watched it the other day on dvd, but then after halfway through the movie I couldn't stand to watch it anymore. The movie contains a lot of issues about racism. Don't get me wrong, this movie is in the top 250 in imdb.com and rated highly in rotten tomatoes. But as the issues of racism is brought up seeing how people were affected, angers me a little. And it all boiled up during the part when the cop took advantage of the lady by molesting her during a routine police check. I switched it off after that.
Plus futhermore, i've enough of movies about different kind of characters and stories and how it affect each other lifes, because at that particular time I've watched a couple of movies of that concept. Examples are, sin city, babel, magnolia and pulp fiction.
but i'm pretty sure that this movie is highly acclaimed because of the way the potray the issue (racism) with great affectness. Plus there were some good castings too. Its a movie i'm sure a lot of people will love. -
Its a good movie. Beat BrokeBack Mountain at the awards.

I like this movie very much.
Also,I dont like Babel as even tho it has the same storyline,there's too much nudity
