I watched the preview at Orchard cineleisure today. It was not bad, really not bad at all. Timothy Olyphant did a great job as Agent 47 (although I was really Skeptic at first). The only flaw seems to be that there is too much gun-blazing. But overall the Hitman feel is still there.

10 years ago, Philip Noyce directed a movie that was based on an adapted character. He put this character in Russia, and got him embroiled in some political intrigue that's way over his head and should not have involved him in the first place. Naturally, our anti-hero (he's a professional thief by the way) bites back, using skills he honed to perfection, and basically relying on his smarts to escape near misses. His charisma ensured he had a beauty with brains tagging along, albeit reluctantly but given no choice with her involvement in the scheme of things, before forging trust, and possible romance.

Ans: They are fellow clones of 47. 47 is a clone bred and raised to be an assassin and is deemed the most perfect specimen created for that purpose.

Ans: No he isn't. The dead guy that was shown to the detective at the end of the movie was just a scapegoat that 47 presented to the detective. This was so that the detective would have evidence to his superiors that the 'ghost' was finally eliminated. But of course, the real 47 is alive and well.

Ans: duh... 47
then the bald guy is another 47?
Ans: Uh... which bald guy you referring to? Anyway there is only one 47. The rest of the clones had other numbers.

Ans: As long as you see Timothy Olyphant's face on the character, he is 47. Even though there were hitman clones everywhere, their faces aren't identical to one another (in the movie, that is).

Ans: Probably another hitman, judging by the dressing sense (red tie, black suit)

that one may be fibre wire, but not totally kill, me no count! and the strangulation f the black hitman was at the train statio right? that was because of his tie, not the fibre wire. -

Hmmm I guess I didn't see closely enough then. Weird why the director would choose strangulation from a tie rather than the classic fibre wire hitman is infamous for. -

i only want to know why the russian president want to kill the girl and 47? and if the organization knew that the girl was under 47's protection, and 47 works for the organization, why are they still sending out hits at her?
this is what i understand so far: (in white)
47 at first was asked to take a hit on the russian president, which he does successfully, but someone took his place i think? wore his face or something?
and kept ordering hits on the girl and 47, but in the end he was killed by 47.
and also, why 47 don't just flee from there, since he's so pro? -
