NO MATTER what ya THINK ya like about THIS MOVIE, DON'T watch in the cinema!! DEFINITELY NOT worth it!!
The plot's lame... Straightfoward and VERY for kids (below 3 years old)... Even kids nowadays won't wanna watch this man... It's animation is very rigid... Story and dialogues equally lengthy, naggy and waste of time... If ya think Spider Lilies is bad, this is WORSE... Except maybe for the fact that this movie does not attempt to drag its way up to 2 hours...?? The song singings are MOSTLY LOUSY... (except maybe just JJ's part is nice?) Many scenes are there just for the sake of being there... HIGHLY PREDICTABLE.....
Personal opinion: I think this movie highly lacks of sincerity and if I have to put it at worse tone.. Simply out to cheat audience's $$$....?? You've BEEN WARNED!! -

I can agree with zodiac , when i ask my friend isit nice ? She told me ok but when i rent the vcd , it sucks big time , waste my $2 renting it and my time watching it . This kind of standard can make it to movie i wonder ff7 standard can make till the entire galaxy . I see the legend of the sea trailer nia i know its gona be another crap agn .

If I remember correctly, they say this is targeted to small kids, trying to re-create a Mickey Mouse type phenomenon...
I think it'd be better if they make actual good cartoons like spongebob, avatar, kim possible type... -
Only problem is the fact that the animation team thunk they are so good in telling GOOD stories to make up for crappy animation...
Even fan made movies can be better with smaller budget...shame... -

Frankly speaking as long as the story is gd and the show nt bad , i will support it , may even watch it at the cinema . But if from the trailer itself i can feel it is sucking already , then i definitely won't even bother to watch it , not to mention rent it . Many of our local " talents " have an ego problems thats is they think that they are very good and thus they din bother to improve themself and keep thinking they are already gd enough . When face with criticism they will defend themself fiercely rather then to listen and think abt it constructively .

actually i felt that singapore animators should start with 2D animation first instead of rushing into 3D so far. we have already seen many excellent animated movies from Pixar thus the expectation will no doubt be high.

Well pixar only recruit pple with talent , just because you know how to make animations doesn't automatically make you a talent . And also just because you have a high cert also doesn't mean that you are a talent either , they look at the sample piece of work you have that decide whether you have talent or just another " hardworking student " . Sg like to propose to pple that as long as you are a high flyer or is an ang mo then automatically you are a talent . Otherwise is just another ordinary worker which is seriously flawed and biased .
