In Hostel, when the guy drills the other guy's thigh.
Others might want to think its the part about the blowtorch, the jap girl and the dangling eyeball. But I reckon that scene was pretty unrealistic compared to the drilling and snipping off his ankle. -
I'd say any rape scene
Followed by Resident Evil, the part where the team gets sliced up by laser...

Got one japanese movie, forgot the title, but got the word sex in it. Lady batters her hand, deep fries it, and eats it. Another scene from the same movie, cuts herself up and eat the portions, then reaches for her eyeball with a fork, stucks it in, pulls it out, and eats it.
