  I don't get the plot: Part 2 ends with Sparrow in the mouth of the sotong... how come in Part 3, the Black Pearl is also at World's End? If World's End is a metaphor of heaven/hell/purgatory, why is the boat doing there?

  the film's writers have said that Elizabeth's patient and loving wait has freed Will from the curse, and he never has to return to the Dutchman again. They have also confirmed that a scene explaining this had been deleted due to the movie's length..
