Just bought the dvd earlier on.
Very nice true story about a hotel manager taking in refugees during the Rwanda Genocide.Ten years ago some of the worst atrocities in the history of mankind took place in the country of Rwanda--and in an era of high-speed communication and round the clock news, the events went almost unnoticed by the rest of the world. In only three months, one million people were brutally murdered. In the face of these unspeakable actions, inspired by his love for his family, an ordinary man summons extraordinary courage to save the lives of over a thousand helpless refugees, by granting them shelter in the hotel he manages.
9/10 from me...

he told me what's shown on the screen is nothing compared to what's actually happening there...

great show but isn't it a bit too outdated.
it showed the different sides of human nature.
the greed, the noble spirit, the fear of being exposed, the unthinkable how one human can do something like that to another human. -

lots of high drama and a bit of action though .... makes you think a bit .....
for people who enjoyed the movie, I suggest reading this book

Overall, you will be moved and and will somehow open your eyes on what is happening during the genocide. -
