Wiki and other sources stated that starscream was one of the raptors that attacked megatron when he was lased by the spec-ops, moments before his death.
The movie did its best to live up to the original Transformers name:
1. The original meaning why Transformers are Transformers
They are in disguise.
2. The relational drama between Bumblebee & Sam (Spike) Witwicky.
3. Optimus Prime being Optimus Prime. (His ideals, codes and sense of honour & justice)
4. Megatron being Megatron. (Maybe the voice is abit confusing... sounds Unircron-like)
5. Starscream being Starscream.
6. Bumblebee being Bumblebee. (Ok, maybe being a Camaro is abit unexpected compared to the Volkswagon)
7. The not-so-surprising 'good guys are always out-numbered, out-gunned and out of luck until the last minute' element in the movie as in other movies.
but many key elements are missing:
1. No intervals. (The scene when the Autobot insignia changes to Decepticon insignia and vice-versa)
2. Where is the famous transforming sound?
3. Too little dialogue between the Decepticons.
4. Too little character stories from the Decepticon perspectives.
5. The Transformers looked too alien more than Transformers. (The scales, mouths. Too much graphical intensities)
6. The humans actually have weapons to deal with Transformers? Or rather the Transformers belittled the humans.
7. Where is the Ark and the Nemesis? (Their shuttle. Otherwise how they travel from Cybertron to Earth? The pods?)
I am a Transformers fan (mad one I think ), so I cannot give below a 7. Normally I would give a frank rating for any other shows, ok maybe not Spiderman, Batman or Superman. But Transformers is the one show I will madly pursue, just like Star Wars. (Did I mention Star Wars as my favoured movies of choice too?) So there is no way I can give below a 7.

And they already use Devastator name for the tank.
But i do hope there would at least be combiners in the sequels. -
