i find the story of the movie very similar to mine in sec sch days. fighting, defying against teachers, class canning, smoking, shoplift, trouble with sam sengs. NOT forgeting being sterotyped by teachers and ACCUSED by them for the things I NEVER do. moreover, my class canning was shameful and disgraceful. EVEN CONVICTS ARE CANED BEHIND THE BARS, BUT WHY MUST OUR STUDENTS BE CANED PUBLICLY? the movie touched me deeply when the students were accused and being looked down. and i wanna encourage teenagers who are facing disciplinary problems in school to really study hard and get into a University. because even i was in the 'express' stream, i was kinda rebellious and notorious. however, by God's grace i'm currently in my JC2 yr. so guys, prove the teachers, friends or even relatives wrong if they think you're NEVER gonna make it.

i watched this movie with my secondary schoolmate just now.
i think it the best jack neo's movie.

I watched it when i was waiting for my car to be serviced....
damn good show with some very touching segments. Reminds me of the "injustice" happened to me during my sec sch too.
ANyway, the actress who played the doctor who asked the girl about her "pregnancy" is my friend. haha. She was a sgforum regular back years ago. haha -
despite the neckache, the ginah fidgeting beside me and i din cry, it's a good movie.....
