With the holidays coming for some, what are some of the MUST Watch movies you've seen in your life?

Here's one,
One of the best Mafia films ever made, I was so hooked after watching the first that I went on to rent the 2nd and 3rd the very next day!
This is no doubt in my opinion one of the best ever trilogies ever made. You got to watch it! -
Another brilliant masterpiece of film.
The plot is second to none. Brilliant acting from the Cast. Wicked twists all around.
You haven't seen a mystery film if you haven't watched this. -
Band of Brothers.
Superb production from Steven Speilberg. I've yet to watch another war flick top this one. Its brilliantly shot, great acting from the cast and true life interviews with the actual characters after the show. Brings a whole new dimension to realistic war films.
Must Watch for sure! -

Re Non-Foreign Films, I think Good fellas, Pulpfiction, Fargo, Heat, The french Connection, Donnie Darko, Dogville, Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, Monty Python's The life of Brian and The meaning of Life and There's something about mary.
This is just off the top of my head. The Life of Brian is one of the funniest movies i have ever watched in my life. Though the film was made in the 1970-ish(?), many of the jokes will still be relevent today. It is imo a masterpiece and a work of genius.
Isn't Band of Brothers a mini-series and hence not strictly a movie? If you are including serials, might i suggest the BBC/HBO co-production Rome. It is currently showing in the UK and from what i have seen of the last 2 episodes, this will be one of the best serials ever. Even better than BoB which i feel suffers from having too many characters. -
Yes, "Rome"... strong script, credible acting, mixed in a potent tried-and-tested brew of sex and violence. Pity viewers in Singapore won't get to see the exciting bits when it comes to cable television.

I think it is refreshing that a serial made for a prime time audience is willing to show it like it is. Rome was a society of excesses and that's the truth! -

The series was aired on subscriber-access cable television, so the Politically Correct Brigade couldn't kiss up too much of a fuss. HBO is a well-respected programme provider among the cable channels, anyway. And there are other cable channels that offer more risque programmes. -

Pulp Fiction
what else can be said about Tarantino's masterpiece? a dizzying fast-paced tale which leaves you breathless in its scope and audacity
Savage Nights
a politically wrong movie about a HIV-positive bisexual man who is intent on fiercely living his life to the full..
there are more.. but these come to mind immediately -
