Sounds like crap. But we'll see. There have, afterall, been thoroughly enjoyable summer action movies in the past.

sounds like Universal Soldier only done with airplanes...
reminds me of the Tom Cruise star vehicles.. Top Gun.. and Days of Thunder was basically the same plot -

just watched this movie.
not bad. quite abit of action and story packed into 2hrs? this movie has an interesting or not twist which leads to the last part of the movie -
the movie is not bad.. some sort of I ROBOT kinda movie.. just that its with an airplane now

After d/ling it to watch last night, I proclaim this the fcukiest film of the century.
It's supposed to be a no-brainer action flick, but you'll most probably end up questioning more whys than you expect.
They have a fully automated refuelling blimp high high in the sky, so advanced but lacks something call a cut-off switch, duh.
If I summarised the whole movie in a few lines, it would go like this:
-robot plane develops feelings after getting sot
-robot plane thinks on its own
-robot plane gets a good guy killed
-robot plane get chased after by good guy's friend
-robot plane get convinced to do good
-robot plane ends up doing good for good guy's friend by doing another good deed
I say to all who have yet to watch, you'll regret after watching it. But you'll get a good laugh because you think it's a stupid movie at the end of it all.
The movie runtime is 1hr 50mins, for a no-brainer flick, it usually means alot of unnecessary elements added in.
If I were you, I'll just wait for the vcd to come out, wait for a dumb friend to get it, and borrow it. -
