Just wanted to share this with fellow movie buffs...
Though Robert Rodriguez is not really one of my favourite directors, I must admit the trailers, especially trailer 1, looked very slick and polished. Hope the movie lives up to the hype.

That also probably means that the degree of violence and nudity in the movie (with the exception of some female characters) would be the same as depicted in the books. At least NC-16 uncut I'd say. -

The "Sin City" trailer is one of the best seen so far this year. Even the trailers of "Revenge of the Sith" and "War of the Worlds" pale in comparison. Pity the music from the trailer is not included in the soundtrack CD.
The "Fantastic Four" trailer looks great too, but offers nothing new from the other comic book movie trailers we've seen before. Besides, the taglines "... 1 Will Be Bad, 4 Will be -- Fantastic" sound a bit tacky, too. -

Unfortunately the rating is not up to us to decide.
Trivia: Rodriguez resigned from the Directors' Guild of America in order to share co-directing honours with Frank Miller -- Guild rules forbid movies to have two directors. That move costed him some future movie projects in Hollywood, but Rodriguez was reportedly content to work on "Sin City" and his other independent projects. -

Her face looked somewhat round in "2 Fast 2 Furious", but her figure was... let's just say most guys wouldn't mind having girlfriends with her kind of figure. She seemed to have filled out a bit in "Sin City", though. -
i wonder if the whole movie will be in black and white? judging from the trailer.

This film is so damn good. My film of the year so far... but still have to wait for the new star wars film.

I did say 'so far...' this year but.... nevermind. Apart from star wars, theres war of the worlds which also looks mouth wateringly good from the trailer.
But you know when you see a movie sometimes and you think that the films is so awesome and instantly you know that it'll become a personal all time classic? I had that feeling at the end of the Sin City.
I dunno if this film is mainstream enough for the average film going audience to recognize that Bruce Willis and the star studded cast are so well cast for their roles and are excellent in portraying them, but I'm sure the film studios will and will no doubt line Brucie boy for some bigger project in the future.
