honestly...i think the new batmobile really sucks. Its like a humvee-tank thing. I prefer the old streamline Thrust 1 shape car of the previous series. It looks simple, and sophisticated yet stylish. New batmobile is more like bat-tank. Its jus look like sth frm a hip hop action flick

yes i remember watching the classic batman tv series on television when i was a kid. will never forget batman's favourite catch phrase, "Robin, to the batmobile."

Yeah .... i wasted almost my 10 bucks falling aslp a few times cos i just too tired to watch it as a midnight movie. Eventually, i dun think i get the grist of the story.
Perhaps this is a movie only the fans and graphic novel readers could appreciate. -

I found it just right. Any longer and my friend would've wanted me to pay for her ticket. (Not that I'd mind though...)
One nit I'd pick is that Nolan should have gotten a Yuen to choreograph the action sequences. -

well. afterall, bruce did spent 7 years there.
ok here something that non-fans might not know. in the comics, during bruce's 7 years of training there. one of Ra's Al Ghul's daughters actually has a son with bruce. turns out bruce knew nothing about it. -

Initially I tought its screening the wrong show. My first impression was some war shows.
Why the hell got Dalai lama ?
The movie seems to be a remix of "The Last Samurai" + "James Bond 007"
2) Actor/Actress not appealing
All like old casts...dunno who la
(Mr and Mrs Smith is more worth you money)
3) Pronounciation if fuk, 30% of the time dunno what he talking.
Have to multi task my
left eyeball to catch the motion
right eye ball to capture the subtitle
ears trying hard to catch what they saying
worst of all is that brain which
have to interprete that 2 visions
and trying at the same time to decipher what my ears hears -
I think the film's great.. Very graphic novel-ish.. Think peeps who dun like this might not want to watch sin city..

Wasn't it Joker that killed Bruce Wayne's folks ? Wonder why did they used a homeless guy to kill his parents. Odd...
And Scarecrow is suppose to be one of the more powerful villian.. In this show they made him look WEAK ! -
In the comics, it wasn't Joker who killed the Waynes, it was some homeless thug which Bats never really found out who..
You want a good story of Batman? Read the graphic novels.. I recommend Return of the Dark Knight by Frank Miller.. -

can't catch what the actors are saying? may i suggest u go watch a cartoon instaed next time. might be easiler for u to digest.

A sequel (possibly called "Batman Continues"?) is in the works. -
This is definitely the best batman film ever. There's much more depth in the character of batman. This reminded me of spiderman where they explore the underlying reason for spiderman to take up the high life and fight crime. Really touching. The best part is where Katie Holmes asks Batman who he was b4 he went off to fight Ducart. I thought he would speak in the typical batman tone, "I'm BATMAN!" But he said, "It's not who you are inside but what you do that defines you." Never would she expect her childhood sweetheart who disguises as a playboy by day is actually a selfless crime fighting cape crusader by night.
