just kidding.
saw the movie today as i was rather bored.
okie. although the movie is longer than the usual 90+ mins films, it didnt get boring or left me sinking in my seat waiting for something exciting. i must admit, cage got a nice voice
generally the movie takes some cue from indiana jones/ The Mummy trilogy(brendan fraser) in the part where the son gets into this treasure hunting thing because of his father/granddad etc and gets ard places, chasing clues and leading to a wealth of treasures.
at some points, it is really like stealing ideas or copy the aspects mentioned abv from the Mummy and/or indiana jones movies.
spoiler 1: some of the treasures u see the moment they enter the room will look familiar, as if they borrowed it from the set of another movie.
spoiler 2: you will 1 of the clues they find from the notes very familiar, as if it was taken from another movie starring angelina jolie.
humour: not bad, there are some scenes that are pretty funny.
realism: if all the facts they mentioned, including names, places, events, time, etc are true, the producers and scriptwriters surely did their homework, BIG TIME! they sure know their stuff. in terms of depth and research done(assuming real), this is a winner!
rather good movie.
personal ratings: 8-8.5 /10 -

I like nicholoas cage.
he has that "what the Fuck?" look on his face -
just came back from watchin the movie at PLaza Sing... never intend to watch this film... but since a fren jio... y not..since its starring nicholas cage... can't be bad yea?
at the beginning of the show, i kinda regretted watchin it at this kinda hr (12am)...
a weak story line (a man going to hunt for treasures)
but as the story slowly develop, surprisely it was very exciting. i mean.. for such a weak story line , the movie is considered really good.
yea.. a should watch show...

If anyone of u like the show, u should go and read the book "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown. Its about what the treasure really is and how it came to be. Last i heard, The Da Vinci Code is being made into a movie starring Tom Hanks! Can't Wait!
