Yeah, "You've got served" is another really cool flick. Noticed you enjoyed the Mask. There's a sequel to it coming out this year. No Jim Carrey though. Only the dog.

anyway armageddon is my top few "earth is going byebye' movie -

The child unwillingly possesses supernatural powers. Toni Collette (Muriel's Wedding) is the long-suffering single mom raising the haunted boy. Olivia Williams (Rushmore) is the psychologist's long-suffering mate. Everybody suffers here, and some might find the resolution is very disturbing. -

i loved this trilogy!
Blue for Liberty... where a widowed woman fights for her freedom from her past
White for Equality.. a strange tale about "revenge" and a strange equality is found at the end..
Red for Fratenity... a tale where the friendship of a young woman and an old man turns out many skeletons in closets... -

they were dragged by their girlfriends to watch it

Educational and highly entertaining. It's one of the lowest budget movies ever.

12 angry men has one of the most compelling stories ever told.. and just a room with people talking, arguing...
shows you that in every good movie, you NEED a good story to tell... most movies these days overwhelm you with explosions and effects but the story is really lacking..
so recently, a movie with no effects but a wonderful tale to tell is my most recent fave
