sometimes it is not the salary or the work load. It is the environment, the people that makes u frastrated. I don't understand why there are some people who are so free and so power hungry in a small company.
These people likes to wayang around and purposely say things that show that they are in poower where u are the quiet ones sitting there and letting them be the target.
