I hope that f**king face motherf**ker supervisor get arrested and be charged in court soon. I hope he gets the prison sentence too because the inmates in prison will not only bully him too but also f**k his backside. Then he will learn about his f**king mistake for the rest of his remainder life.

the latest news is that the so-called supervisor is actually the boss of the company! the company will close down soon i hope...no company will want to do business with this company after all these publicity! and there will be no one to manage the company after this guy goes to squat in the jail having his backside spanked.

Really! No wonder he wasn't worried about being terminated by his company for his bullying because he is the BOSS HIMSELF. Can you post the lastest update news source of that link. -

it is confirmed that andy the bully is the boss. it is posted in STOMP already and reported in the Lianhe Zaobao. he is already being interviewed by MOM... good riddance to him. hope he gets his just desserts soon....

It seems the Chinese newspaper Lianhe Zaobao is always following and updating the case. Other mass medias in Singapore aren't doing it. -

I asked my medical preceptor in the past how the student surgeons practise their medical skill on live patients. She didn't answer my question. Student surgeons have their medical practical skill done on donated or unclaimed dead bodies. And then one day I saw it and realized why my medical preceptor didn't answer my question...live patients are very old people usually without any families and under the care of the hospitals. I was shocked and speechless. Ok back to your question again fireice...get those big companies for the student internship. -

i think the police should prosecute this guy. if it goes through and this guy have to do time in jail - it will inspire all those bullied in work to stand up for themselves!
a lot of such cases at work. many uses verbal abouse, but this one is way over board, seems like use fist to swine kenarji!

Workplace bullying is not only physical abuse. Actually the mental abuse here is more potent than the physical ones and harder to track. Physical abuse is easily handled by criminal law under assault but there's no help given for workers who are abused mentally. i.e. when bosses side with bullies, turn a blind eye to unfair workload allocations, does not stop unreasonable and un-necessary work demands and instead threatens to sack you if you do not do stupid things that other people demand, nit-pick on all work even when same quality of work is given, singling out people for all sorts of reasons, bosses who isolate workers by assigning them a single job task that is different in nature from all other work tasks in the department, assigning someone to purely do administrative duties and open to abuse from everyone in that section. I've been suffering in this well-known hospital here for many months already and even once broke down in the office because the boss kept on picking on me and ranting at me openly in front of everyone during meetings. I realized that there is no avenue to seek help for here in SG. There are clearly-written laws in Australia against workplace bullying but none here in SG.
