  i understand how u feel....this has been the norm and increasingly become so...

  usually the very top "tiko" management would desire females as their assistants...and males working under females as their assistants....so on and forth...

  it is still male dominated at the very top (only 1%), but the real influence and gatekeepers are the females thereafter (almost 50%) in the top middle....males are mainly the sandwiches....and/or at the lowest rungs....

  i always like to thanks the government and the system they have implemented...how i so rejoiced at the phenomenal rise of singles and divorcees...

  Women cannot work together, because they will always be envious of one another being prettier than the other.

  They will act oh so nice on the surface, but inside, they can't wait to see the other one die.

  They tell you, I am fine, i am strong, no problem, but behind their backs, god knows what they are plotting day after day. You can understand guys, but never ever ever girls.

  This is the truth lor!!! This is why it is important to work for a company with good policy.

  At the end of the day it really depends on what type person your immediate superior is and how he handle such issues. I got ever see a dedicated, hard working male collegue who tio sack after some envious losers spread rumours about him then influence the bosses opinion of that guy -_-

  I disrespect those woman who use their sexuality to take advatnage and to bend rules and even more disrespect to the tiko perverted male who pretend to be nice.
