Just want to share some thought about my work place. My company employ 2 sales manager and one sales executive, job scope of the manager is to maintain and forge good relationship with the existing customer , so much of the time the manager just have visit and biz lunch with customer at nice place if not they will be reading newspaper or surfing net in the office. The executive job is to peach for sales and to make it worse the product we have are uncompetitive and also not the most up to date in the market. So the executive every time kenna left and right and kena butter , after a while cannot meet target , the poor guy got to leave , one year already change 3 executive , the 2 manager has been around for more than 10 years for obvious reason .. does such thing happen in your work place
YES....often they would talk to boss... good frends of boss. he had good record in past with boss....interpersonal only .performance wise they are as good as factory toilet cleaner.
spent most of time doing disapperaing act in production....only see their face at end of shift or problems.
its really about who u know at work.its unfair but only violence appears to be effective and cost effective.on condition u know how to silence all witnesses n fill them with terrror.
however best to avoid blood on yer hands and lead a happy blissful life.i want to goto heaven when i die.

executive is just a title. all dress smart but you have to be careful because anyone can just dress smart. i got encounter before store admin assistant only in fuctory wear nicer than the warehouse manager or director. when ask what is your title its "stare admin assistant".

this is a "dont-know-how-to-survive" company. it will close shop soon.
