Hi everyone!
I had worked for this company 5 days and is planning to tender my letter tomorrow. I have to give two weeks notice. Which means I will b workin for 19 days total. In this case, will the company still pay me for the 19 days's salary or just the 5 days' salary?
Because I am on probation n so I was wondering, if they willing to let me go the moment I hand the letter, will i still get pay for the 5 days?
plss help.. thanks thanks
do we look like your boss to you?
You will still get paid for the 2 weeks + the 5 days.
If you have a more senior position in the company and are holding a high position, you'll have to tender like 4 to 6 months before...
stoopid to quit before CONFIRM
you waste your annual leave and MCs
Anyway hor... quitting juz like tat will make your future resume look bad leh...
You'll get paid for the 5 days + 2 weeks notice .. If they waive off the notice period, they still gotta pay you for the 5 days you worked.

Why you want to resign?
I also same situation as you. Under probation and need to give 2 weeks notice to resign.
Difference is that I work there 3 weeks already and I am leaving because I think the job not suitable for me.
But feel abit paiseh because they spend 3 weeks to teach me and I go and got alot of people apply for the job and they think highly of me and accept me than I disappoint them by resigning..
Haiz..I wonder if I am too soft hearted..
Well... depends on your coy... Some require you to work at least 7 days else no pay.
find new job then quit. unless you rich or the job really takes lots of time.
