How Do You Treat Your New Company Intern?

Just curious and wanted to ask, how would you treat a new intern that is attached directly under your department... :P
1. Guide them and mentor them.
2. Like how you treat your regular colleagues.
3. Cut them some slack, since they're so lowly paid.
4. Sai kang them (e.g. make coffee, photocopy tons of papers, sweep the floor).
5. Others (please state).

depends if it's a guy or girl of course

Treat them nicely.
They could be your boss next time.

Hopefully they treat them like they should treat them.
Tutor them and further more treat them as a normal colleague with consideration of the reason why their there.
