yar, i think it's more like a software cos last time our IT men can access our computer from their computer. They even can control our mouse cursor! Macham so high tech lydat wor.. but creepy at the same time, cos you can see our cursor seems like moving by itself on the computer screen haha

That's nothing new. But you can disable it if you have the rights. Usually bosses good in IT won't do it and bosses bad in IT will ask people to do it XD
I believe afterall it's the results the top management would be interested in.else at this period of bad times, he's more interested in saving himself than looking at people not doing things. Help him achieve it, you'll get promotion but that cannot get you too far after it because there is always a limit he'd appreciate it.
