Just to share with you all my experience working with business partner from Israel.
My company has been working closely with some Israel IT company to resell their product to the customer.
Recently one of the Israel company bypassed us and go directly to the customer in dealing a new contract. In the end, the customer is convinced by them and decided to buy their service without involving us. This is really an unethical act.
Another Israel company also working with us currently. The customer secretly told me that this Israel company offer to work directly with them with a more attractive package. walau. Now the customer is trying to find every single fault at our side as an excuse to drop us from the project. btw, no PO is given to us yet though we have put in so much effort to it.
Anyone else has similar experience? If you were me, what will you do?
Be careful of them they are well known to be shrewd. Somehow, I don't really trust people from Israel.

well to be honest, as a middle man, in any industry, your position would be precarious ....
unless you can add value to the chain, why should the end customer let you have a cut of the profit as well, no ? ....

haiz...middle man is always like that, unless we have our own solid product.

And by the way I agree with Fatum.
If they can make so much a month, they shouldn't be so pushy.

if they are not so pushy, they'll get one zero removed from their income ...

which company would wan to paid extra to middle man when they can have direct contact with the supply ?????
the high post could save this $$$ and go KTV to hug gals and submit the same past amount without the middle man profit.
the old joke... a company needs to do a project and puts out a tender...
the Polish fellas put in a $30m bid, the UK fellas put in a $40m bid and the Israelis put in a $90m bid..
when called in, the Poles said that they factored in $12m for materials, $17m for labour and $1m for the margin
the Brits said they've factored in $13m for the materials, $7m for insurance, $18m for labour and $2m for the margin..
the Israelis said their formula is simple... $30m for them, $30m for the company's representative and $30m for the Poles to do the job
no wonder vivi nevo so good life.
