From the day that you tender your resignation letter till your last working day with your current company, how do you feel? What do you notice that is different?
A little 得... Treatments from colleagues will be different... Being "fully booked" for lunch...
At the same time, some will "suan" you..
u will realize u have more enemies than frens....
thus one should nv tell one's colleagues he/she has resigned until the very last few days..
lesser animosity received from your colleagues..they will relaxed more in front of you..
sad moments whenever you chatted with those whom you have been super close with at work..
relaxed mood..no more rushing deadlines..boss won't breathe down your neck..
looking forward to the days whereby i don't have to get up early in the morning..no need to countdown to after work =D

Then you paid the company one month?
Other than my bosses, I never let anyone else know till my bosses tell them. By then it would already be 2 weeks into my notice.
everybardie knew....not a biggy in my previous co.
after clearing leave and taking a few days MC,
i oni have time to go back and dump my entire desk into 3 big black trash bags,
have a farewell lunch, farewell dinner and farewell dessert with different dept of colleagues and enough time for the boss to arrow someone else to take over
My last notice was effectively only 2 weeks, I didn't clear leave, and converted all my outstanding leave into cash, coz I spent 2 weeks at reservist, gagagaga.

Nope. I always toy with contractual agreement terms, since the term of the contractual agreement was up and there was no indication I have to abide the terms after the period the contract/piece of shyt I signed.
I feel they no longer bother about you once you tendered

My ex-company A moved on to deal with only corporate lines now and lost all their outlets.
My ex-company B moved on to using Chinese staff from China who cannot speak English and expanded. Of course as I predicted, my ex-GM got backstabbed by my ex-department Head and my ex-Department Head became the GM.
My ex-company C almost filed for bankruptcy.
Cheers.
