Will u leave if no bonus / aws?

AWS - also known as 13 mth.
Though this is not compulsory but most coy will give - but will be pro-rated
Bonus - Coy give extra due to strong performance
The question is
Will you leave a coy that dont even pay u 13 mth?
Or every year tells u performance not good, no bonus?

as per the term "bonus", it is a plus if you get it..
the key is how happy you are with your job. do you feel accomplished/needed?
in these times, it is good to have a job.

luckily my bonus at end of year is minimum one month salary (aka 13th month) and will be even higher if your performance is good.

If the reason they are not giving you bonus is because the company is not doing well, if possible, stay with the company to show your loyalty and help to tide over this period.
If you company is a good one, it will appreciate your gesture!

Yes, but after I find another job. Will attempt to minimize the lull period in-between leaving my current job and joinning another coy.

13 month is actually our pay, it is only due to different calculation , we lost out
monthly 1000, 1 year (1000 x 12)= 12,000
weekly 250, monthly = 1000, 1 year (250 x 52) = 13,000
see those weekly pay will automatic get their so call 13 month AWS
