Hi all,i think all of you got the job and how about ur boss?good or SXXX?
Last month my boss crazzy and start lost the confident with me and keep ask the new gal which higher education odserve what i am doing,and this gal only know from the book and everything goes by book
Some time this gal also stab my backside...
I just a M'sian and been work for this company 8 year and never asking for increasement.....Now they want me work more and no Over TIme....some project need take few day and they want me to finish in 2 day and submit the sample....
What should i do?

you complain so much and nvr do anything so i thought you are singaporean...
not happy go n find another job. if you think job market is bad thn either you sit down and have a good talk with your boss or just grin n bear it.

do nothing....the sample i create help the company earn lot of money...everage 2000 kg/month and keep got new product to sell and he still not happy with it....
by the time we help the company earn money and he feel this is your job..while you do something wrong and you is the wrong 1 forever .....
my boss say ..you so hardworking and end of the month your OT plus your salery is similar with the Indian PR so you must cut down the OT...By the time we try to finish the sample test and they feel dun need and in the end want me to send it within 1 day....
BUt he never think he have to give 11% of the salery to Indian......

Suck it up. You've been there for eight years and not budged an inch. Don't go blaming the boss for moving the noob above you, when you're the one who clearly wants to stay put.

Sounds like you have the technical knowledge to do the job well. Have you thought about improving your grammar and writing skills? That could go a long way for you in your career.

Yup. Your boss crazy. In these times, it make sense to lower down operating cost. Why does he want to employ a higher educated but more expensive worker with no experience just to observe on you or perhaps replace you?
There must be a reason behind it. Dont get too sensitive and over react.

feel that someone is watching you all the time? is that paranoia?
feel that you are underpaid? how is your job performance compared to others? how is your salary compared to others?
with these questions, you will be able to justify asking for a raise or leaving.

2. Singapore are looking for talented talent who could boost the country economy not someone to squeez and make something out of somebody.
3. Ya, you don't have to asked for any increment coz you are earning enough to survive here and have everything in place back home. But for a Singaporean to fall back...that will be 7ft under.
4. Earning SGD$1k here is = MR$2.3k. And you could have a terrace or a bungalow and a nice car back home. But for a Singaporean SGD$1k means a 3rm flat will be a heaven but he/she would probably have to missed some meals, skipped the feader bus and walk to the MRT.
5. Your job is not undoneable by any of the unemployed Singaporean. And you have just push one of them into the grave by asking a lower and no increment package.
6. Go back to Malaysia and boost your own country if you think you are that good. If you can't do it home ground, what makes you think that you can here?
7. My defination of foreign talent are people who could create opportunities and boost the economy to a greater height. To me....you are just a foreign pest.
8. By kpkb-ing, your words shows that you are incapable and required special supervision even after 8 years on the job. What makes you think that you are so Special?
