Dresscode: What you wear to work everyday?

  As above. From the blue to white collared. Uniformed or not, what do you wear to work everyday?

  Something I wonder about the corporate world, do the guys always wear a blazer? or only during meeting clients/meetings/etc?

  You look more formal during meeting. By being formal, it shows that you respect the other party.

  But Singapore is so hot and humid. Even wearing a tie feel uncomfortable.

  Shirt + tailored pants. Guess not much choice for guys, unless you wanna try wearing a skirt.

  or just the boxers if it's too hot ...

  jeans and tees, or pants and shirt when meeting clients ... depending on what kind of clients they are ...

  for me, anything goes from mon-thu as long as it's collared. mainly seen in khaki pants and short sleeves shirt for comfort. when overseas, i don the blazer and tie thingy for customer meetings when required.

  friday is really casual. jeans and tees are also acceptable. i once wear a croc sandal to work on a friday. they match well with my `motel 8' t-shirt. my americano colleague told me that's crossing the line....we were pushing the envelope to see who can get more casual....

  Me jeans and tees/shirt both with collar. Most probably when visiting external parties representing the company will wear shirt and pants. I still need to buy some shirts and pants don't have them in my inventory.
