Why most Singaporeans are so afraid of Bosses and Employers?Even you do nothing wrong!
I have seen many people do not dared to leave their workplace when they supposed to at 6pm sharp (depend on your working hours).
Everyone is like still at their desk, 100% attendance, similar to morning. When late, some of the staff do run on the escalator in Raffles Place to the office from the MRT. Do you realise that?
Speak properly to boss,act properly in front of boss, wear properly. Where is our spirits we have during school days? -

Boss- want workers to wk, even beyond working hours, so they feel the amt they paid is worthwhile
employee-hopes to leave on time so do other things they like, unless gt OT pay la, then lan lan work lor...for $ -

the problem with me was.... i was not afraid of me boss.......
there was respect, but no fear......
