Anyone here resigned from your company cos you got a better job than maybe after a few months or few years you decided to go back to the same company..
Was the company willing to accept you back.. -
hardly... usually there will be a certain amount of bad will.
quite often, once you leave a particular company, you will be persona non grata unless you are of special value. -

It depends on why you left the company in the 1st place.. but in my opinion, better don't...

my co will welcome ex-colleagues to come back.
somemore, they will be more appreciated after they go out then come back.
meaning, their salary will probably upz by a thousand. -
Happened before...
That guy was a Sales Exec...quits after 5 years...returned there as a Operations Director...become the boss of his boss when he was a Sales Exec...cute sia
