i think the stress level would be same also given the same job scope

the new company seems slighty lesser in opportunities -

updates
i have since resigned from the old company and signed with the "better offer" and is going to start work next week!
anyway resigning is also a piece of knowledge man, somehow it gives me the feeling of ORDing from army. need to go to various offices and departments to sign clearance also one. haha
any others who have the experience of tendering resignation? what procedures do you have to go through? -
pack things... say farewell... then never look back....
but then i did cos they still needed me to explain some things...
so i went back unofficially to advise them... -
It's not about the money!
Once I quit after 3 days. I said their OSHA is pathetic as my reason. They paid me for the 3 days also
Since it was a very big company like an octopus, I had to take extra care where I work from now on.

i also. since i resigned in less than a week i think it would be very hard for me to join back the company in the future.
somemore because my ex-company outsource their services to my new company and now i jump ship over to the new company i wonder what would happen if i ever meet any of my ex-colleagues
