its nice to have a bunch of good colleagues, sometimes, they are the people who prevented me from doing stupid things.
they are the moltivational factor for me to finish my work too. But they also got around the same amt of work as me, coz, they do the first part, den i continue, den i pass to another, etc etc.
So, they cant help me too. n i cant help them. everyone noes each other difficulty.
Me trying to clear my 07 backlog too. dunwan bring to 08. Time is chasing after me. All the best to you too. Tml saturday, going back to work to clear some things

Are we talking about stress or workload? They're related but entirely separate things. With workload it's pretty much a matter of managing client expectations - I under-promise so that I can over-deliver, and if the client makes noise about it, I play the quality card: you want a quality job, it takes time.
With stress, the only way I find I can actually get rid of stress is to finish the job off. Doing anything else doesn't help me much because my mind's still on the job anyway.
