  What are the pros and cons of working in the same company as a relative?
  
  Say for instance,
  the company has a staff strength of 20,
  the company has a staff strength of 100,
  the company is a MNC,
  
  and in all the above scenarios, your relative is holding a senior position.

  i feel that there are more cons than pro.
  
  the relative might find it hard to give a difficult job to u and ended up giving to someone else. sooner or later other colleagues will say u have the backing of the boss.
  
  or it could be the other way round, the relative give u a difficult job not within your job scope. he thinks that since u and him are related, u can help eachother out. u on the other hand will also find it hard to reject him since both of u are related.
  
  and if u screwed up the job, the boss also won't blame u since both of u are related. sooner or later the other colleagues will say u have the backing of the boss.
  
  conclusion is, i don't recommend relatives working together unless it's a family business.

  people tongues will tend to wag saying ur so n so work here senior executive blah blah but nvm it is inevitable tis will happen. jus do ur normal stuff n dun bother by wat other ppl say

  I'm job-hunting, and suddenly my aunt called to say her company has a vacancy and asked me to go interview for it.... it's almost totally NOT where I was looking (different field) but nonetheless possibly a very good learning opportunity where, with a stroke of luck, I can strike gold, laterally speaking. But it's hard to say... and so it's hard to chooooooooooooooooooose....
