I think its a cheap way to make employees feel 'valued' and 'appreciated' .

ermmm.. my boss alwiz send this kind of smses.. it's her way of showing her appreciation and it also makes us (the staffs) feel better..

mine dun sms cos ex, they always hold a thank-you speech.
sometimes with action. free food + drinks!!
