well.. at least ur manager is being... a manager. =P its all about team work. But if someone cant do it..affecting others ability to perform.. someone has to go. I made quite a few ppl kana sack. I believe that you are doing the same amount of work as your new colleague. But since he is new, he can't do things as fast or efficiently as you...so maybe he has more overtime and gets upset naturally. Have to look at both sides of the picture ya? Tell ur boss to hire a temp to ease the workload until ur newbie colleague gets the hang of things. -
nah, he is not new. He has been here for nearly a year already, while I have been here for slightly more than a year. He and I are in different departments actually, but still there will be needs for us to cooperate sometimes when it comes to certain project.Originally posted by Stoat:Hrmmm...

I agree his workload is quite heavy, so is mine, so if he wants to ease his workload he doesn't need to push the shit to me ma. He can just suggest that my manager get another person to help us handle or something. -
Well, one thing about him which almost everyone in the company knows is that he has a big mouth and likes to say things without considering the consequences. It causes a lot of awkward moments and it has happened before as well, but I managed to be patient and tolerant about it until now. I already made it so that he has to share the workload with me in this new project le. But we are both doing different parts of it, so won't need to communicate together much. my current team is quite cohesive
until a new ger came
At first, we thought she was those very innocent. Until recently, she start to challenge everybody and turn very cunning.
All of us quite shock and so frustrated with her. Start to boycott her.
She went around telling everybody that she is very busy at work and nobody understand. Most of us handle her a/c before and noe what is the workload like. In less than 2 months, she had tender 5 times. Everytime when my team leader try to give her new things to do, she tender.
People who don't know the truth start to sympthasize her.
The most ultimate thing she did yesterday was to go to the MD's secretary and told her that the entire team gang up and bully her. She felt that there is no freedom of speech and no freedom in work here.
We hope she leave faster! -

tomorrow my last day... i quit in a impulsive mood as i feel i am being isolated there.
the worst thing was my manager n dept manager can accused me for not being committed to my job n my colleagues dislike me.
now i am going to be jobless. but it is better to work in a company with short fortsight. -
If during the interview, the interviewer asks you why you quit your current job. Would you tell the interviewer that because you are backstabbed?
