come share with us what are the main form of distractions in your office.
personally for me i think is talkative people. I have this guy who comes occasionally for maintenance work. i like his company, he's a nice fellow since we have lots of stuff to talk about. but it always ends up we sit there and chit chat and half a day just went past with no work done.

MSN, food and super talkative colleagues. Luckily they took one of them out, so now I can get more work done. Before that used to chit chat the whole day, even when I gave her the signal that I want to do my work, she will just go ahead and continue talking and asked me to respond to her...
