As for workload, I hear ya. The funny thing is that it's often my own doing. im tend to speak wat's on my mind.. my boss often say im too blunt.. tho im stating facts and din mean to be rude, but she said i dinoe who i was speaking to a very important person.
they also always ask me to go home early ar.. but then i dun see my workload getting lesser leh.. -

Sometimes, workload is like a snowball... if u dont get it correct first time, it will give u more job... A procedure introduced to prevent another problem in a procedure??? Then, it will keep on replicate lor... The ability to noe what is important and wat is not important is very important... lol

Boss dont care if u leave the company or stay in the company...
Unless, u r super super super important to the company... which is unlikely because management will usually wont make one person very very important...
if u leave, he just have to take a trouble to retrain new people...

But the fact tat he or she tells u those statements are actually getting u to a positive light towards work... passing working experience to u... if he or she dont even want to tell u these things, means u r hopeless liao... -
How much 'years' of experience is sufficient to move on to a better job? for a fresh grad especially
the entire team can click very well and my team leader is very willing to impart her knowledge to us..
but seems like, work getting more n more stagnant...i am handling 1 big a/c and 2 other small local a/cs...but i am 'free-er' than my colleagues who are only doing 1 a/c..they are always so busy...
they are hiring more people..becoz of the huge amt of paperwork in the office..
than i beginning to think whether i should move on le.....no value-added for myself and to the company..no doubt is can learn a lot as compared to the first a/c i took up when i just join the company...
