How would you know when it's time to quit?

Any indications of withdrawal syndrome?
examples:
when you sigh everyday
when you ask yourself whether you will survive in the co till x'mas
when you start dragging your feet to work and yet dun dare to go home early bcos there's really too much work to do..
when everyday becomes so 'challenging' that you hope tomorrow never comes. -
Speaking of quitting, how the fcuk do you explain to your next employer if you quit without a job first?

i look at the papers but i din send any resume..

my direct boss is nice, colleagues are ok..
it's the company's way of doing things that's pushing me to the limits. -

Knn, the newspapers keep saying the economy is booming and there are tons of jobs created.

the thing is.. the top mgt..they like to do things their way.. and sometimes there's conflicts... make us ka kias very stressed...and they always focus on the tiny weenie things that are not necessary.. and always like to use their authority to 'teh si lang', if u get what i mean... machiam no human rights in the co. -
