  how many you guys here union member ? is there any and benefit or "protection" when you are in the union

  if your boss makes u work 1 mins past your working hour, straight away complain to Union.

  Union can protect or represent you in disputes n shiat like that.
  
  You can also take days off for strike if you are in a union.

  My colleagues who are union members do benefit when the company didn't practice its HR policies fairly, as the union can bring up issues on the members' behalf. I guess a lot also depend on how strong the union is vs the company management.

  i heard that its only when ur company is link with union then u r 'protected'??
  it is reli useful, i have seen all living examples.
  i would say it worth the 9bucks.
