pple dun speak their minds...or they will just go round and round...
and when u go and execute the project, they will come and tell u...
this is not what i want...did we talk abt this already....
how do u deal with this? -

i have learned a term in my company ...
brutally frank...
and i learned that at time i am like that...
my boss has talked to me and asked me to "praise" the other parties before i shoot them down...
to me, i was thinking...where got time....one shot one kill...dun talk so much.... -
tats y must finalise the specs... any changes are to be documented n terms n conditions apply...
