than by 3rd or 5th year than will increase..
quite cham leh...unless u still young -

Its not about how easy the ptomotion gets, it about how tough to rough it out in a market and demand that's just so large a share of the pie. -

Commercial have their benefits... military have theirs too ... -
Some in the military can opt for their career after the contract with the force.with recommendation or interviews you can join ST or related organization. of course aircraft maintenance has different areas so if you were in the weapons system most probably it may not be that valuable in the commercial. otherwise quote your years of working experience with the RSAF and you may still have a fighting chance in commercial. but like i said sg pie too small. die die oonly a few airlines and there are laojiao in those departments. few win and many will lose
