  if u had been terminated by yr ex company for theft,misconduct.......... n u did nt tell yr prensent employee is the present company able to find out tat u had been terminated before. if yes hw do they find out?

  sometimes they will call up your ex-company to ask what type of person u are and the real reason why u leave.
