  are u a sewer serpent? cos only sewer serpents have this appraisal thingy for increment right?

  im not civil servant also have to go thru appraisal..
  
  bonus and increment also depend on appraisal..

  . Bet you didnt know tat when I first join the work force ( rite after I ROD in 1994 ) my annual increment ish only 50 per year. And that is for NTC/ITC holder. For Dip holder ish 100 per year. Lucky they implemented this appraisal thingy.

  my boss evaluating me mah....still got 1 more MD but he can make the call..coz i already wanted to quit liao......the amt he give me already consider quite good le..but fog-shu say dun give up a fight before dying..so i tell him i wanted more...
  
  maybe becoz the company going for getaway that day..so he also holiday mood..anything anything...
  
  mine is increment upon confirmation...came a bit earlier..coz i am contract to perm after 1 year..but 3 months later than change me to perm le..

  bonus sure get. but pathetic compared to the same industry.
  
  increment, minimal. i rather get more bonus.

  cos i don't really understand what is considered as work harder? is staying back late, work faster or take everything they give to u means working harder?
