  sewer serpents happy lah. gahment increase their salary. have mid year bonus, end of year bonus, 13th month plus performance bonus somemore.

  Annual : 3-5 % lor... u cant expect much 1...
  The only way to get hugh increment in salary is :
  1) hop to another job
  2) Promotion
  3) Yr boss fight the salary increment for u
  4) Upgrade yr qualification
  
  13 month bonus is confirm get 1 if u r confirm already lah...

  like that de ar? I tot AWS is 1 month confirm de.. under Employment Act.. bu shi ma? and for those who worked less than a yr, will be pro-rated..
  
  our bonus is performance plus profit based de tho..
  
  no one can really predict how much we will get also..

  I got mine just last week, 10% adjustment and increment, and I barely joined them 5 months.

  got 15% after my boss confirm me after 3 months..

  If u r working in a GLC, dun expect fat fat bonus. Most companies gives out annual bonus based on employee's appraisal. So your bonus will be base on your rating you gets.
  
  AWS (13th month) is fixed on one month or your monthly salary.
  
  My bonus payout ( last month ) ish 1.* X monthly salary + another S$*00. Annual increment ish this month ( also base on appraisal rating ).
