Last time when I was working, I only OT when the clique of colleagues are going out.

The boss go early, then i stay back slack, do some small stuff then say got do OT -

my official knock off time is xxx, if im willing, i will stay and try to clear as much work as i can.. at my own accord. Honestly, it takes forever to finish doing everything de lor.
My bosses should not take me for granted, i dun have OT pay.. and colleagues who like to stay back till 10pm or even past midnight, it's their own business, juz do their work and shut up.
If i do as much as that idiot, stay as late as her, then i should be earning as much as her also.
sometimes feel like giving her one tight slap in the face! My boss also never say anything, if i stay about 1-2 hours after my knock off time, boss will ask why i still dun wana go home lor. Asks one or twice never mind, but super irritating if they ask so many times. i sibeh bo song about what happened for 2 conseuctive days.. but before that, she always said things like i leave very early la, do all the simple jobs etc.. sometimes really feel like shooting her, but i dun want to be mean nia. but it seems that she dun get it.

She saw me still in the office at 7.30pm, she purposely came to my desk and told me 'wah I RARELY see u here so LATE'
I dun wana see her sickening face, turned around and said 'you NEVER see only mah'.
then she laughed 'Ya lor, coz YOU ALWAYS LEAVE AT 7PM' then walk away laughing..

1) Employee letter states higher pay after working hour.
2) U r assigned with tat much of responsibilities. U can do it very very slow or very very fast. If u do very very fast, u cannot leave early. But if u do very very slow, u can get more money...
3) U can eat snake for the first 9 hrs of the day and start to really work after the 9 hrs
4) OT can be a good excuse to get away from some1 or something
5) Even though, yr boss noes yr real agenda, he or she will also be happy if u can do OT
6) u work for yrself but u dont work for the company
7) U work very very late for the company, then tomolo take MC. Yr boss will understand...
8 ) During working hour, u can talk rot , sing song with those people of the same level... Yr Wealth = +$$$$/ every hour
During non working hour, u can talk rot, sing song with yr friends/family...
Yr Wealth = -$$$$/every hour
9)If u strongly disagree with the above points, means that u have not obtain the "working experience" that most company requires
10) A good appasal if lucky only gets u a very small amount of money
A person that works for himself or herself can get much much more... -

Not neccessary... Sometimes boss do not see quantity.... they see quality... That is y there is many many jealous in work... u just need to find the weak spot of yr boss... If u lucky, u will get outstanding... If u r not lucky, u still get paid... Anyway, u get good appraisal also not much use... -
I dont noe abt yr salary and yr amount of work, yr amount of qualification
But generally, it is very unhealthy for one to everyday do OT... the turnover rate will be high
