totally agree with you.
that's why i always impart my 100% knowledge to my new staff.
new staff are hired to share your workload or to replace you while you are promoted to do some other stuffs ba!
also, if your staff always gong gong and make mistake, you think your boss will think you are very lihai meh???? your boss sure will think simple thing like teaching staff you also cannot do well, then why should i give you more important things to do?
and most of your colleagues or superiors will sure blame you first if your disciple screw up. then your disciple also won't like you because of course he/she will know that you are being selfish or what. then your colleagues all these will also badmouth about you, say you selfish also and kiasi also.
see! so many bad things will happen! so have a generous heart!
