Need a higher EQ to deal with them.
now i dun directly deal with customers but i deal with warehouse people who are x100000000 worse than customers i had met before. They are rowdy. They got mood swing. They shoot emails like nobody business when obviously it was their fault. They never stick to their principles.
They think they are king in the office.
I was warned when i just started work that they are such people. Initially i still very courteous to them. After all, i need their help to push shipment out.
Than, i realise that these people got low IQ and EQ. Cannot treat them the usual human way.
Now, when they do wrong things, i also learn from their pattern, send email tell them off in a professional way. hahaha
